This online session is for whānau who want to support their taua (grandmother) or pōua (grandfather) to have a private, caring kōrero about their medicines, supplements, and overall wellbeing.

I’ll meet with your kaumātua via a secure video link to:

• Review their current medicines and supplements

• Talk through any side effects, confusion, or concerns

• Suggest safe, practical ways to simplify their routine

• Offer guidance on supporting their hauora, wairua, and quality of life

Whānau are welcome, and encouraged, to join the session. It can help everyone stay on the same page and support your kaumātua’s health journey together.
